Working at Rowe’s Hemp Dispensary isn’t your average retail job. Our budtenders are product experts, educators, and trusted guides for anyone walking through our doors. Whether someone’s here for their first gummy or looking for something new, you’ll be the one helping them find the right fit with confidence and care.

So… What’s a Budtender?

A budtender is the go-to source for everything in the shop—from new product drops to tried-and-true favorites. You’ll answer questions, make recommendations, and help people feel comfortable exploring the world of hemp. For many of our customers, you’ll be their first introduction to it all, and we want that experience to feel thoughtful, informative, and easy.

Who Thrives in This Role?

We’re looking for folks who:

  • Are excited about hemp and want to share that excitement with others

  • Genuinely enjoy helping people

  • Know their way around flower, concentrates, gummies, tinctures, and topicals—or are eager to learn

  • Stay cool and kind, even when it’s busy

  • Want a role they can grow in, not just a place to clock hours

Whether you already know the difference between indica and sativa, or you’re just a good vibe with great communication skills, we’ll help you become confident in both the products and the process.
